We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at Kayu Living. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service. 

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unused. We do not offer free returns. Returns are at your expense. Keep in mind that returning bulky items can be expensive. Fees are determined by the freight company and not by us.

Damages and issues

If your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right for you. We do not take returns as defective or damaged based on slight differences in colour, material or design. We only work with handmade products from natural materials, so slight imperfections or differences are considered part of the appeal of our collection.

Please also note that colours may appear different in real life compared to how they appear on your screen, depending on lighting and individual display settings on your device.

If the return is accepted, we'll assume the costs of the return.

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed automatically through our system to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
