Shipping policy

At Kayu Living, we aim to provide a safe, smooth, and professional shopping experience. Below are our terms of sale, based on current legislation and our internal policies. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us through our contact form or via email.


SHIPPING

We ship within Sweden using Posten or DHL. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.

Delivery Methods:

Pick-Up Point: Most orders are delivered to a nearby pick-up point. You’ll be notified by SMS, email, or letter when your package is ready for collection. Please bring your ID, tracking number, and any required PIN code. Packages are held for 14 days before being returned to Kayu Living.

Mailbox Delivery: Smaller packages may be delivered directly to your mailbox.

Home Delivery (Bulky Goods): Large or bulky items such as furniture will be delivered to your home. Shipping costs for these items are shown at checkout. For special shipping arrangements, contact us via email.


DELIVERY

In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Preorder Items: Items marked as preorder are currently not in stock. All stated delivery times for preorder items are approximate. Delays may occur due to suppliers or shipping partners. In such cases, we’ll notify you by email. You may cancel your order if the delay is significant.

We will ship your entire order once all items are available. In cases of extended delays or stock shortages, we may split the shipment at no additional cost.

Please note:

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location.

High order volumes may result in slight delays.


DELAYS & CANCELLATIONS

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, unexpected delays can occur due to our suppliers or logistics partners. If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you via email. You always have the right to cancel your order if the delay is significant.

In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., if a supplier cannot deliver), we reserve the right to cancel the order. Please note that we do not offer compensation for delivery delays.
